WHAT IN THE HELL IS GOING ON DOWN ON THE BORDER
Hello, just when you think you have thought of everything along comes a story on the woes of a paramilitary service company. A paramilitary service company? Capitalism, doesn't miss a thing, does it? Well, this particularly paramilitary service company has run into some problems with its planned training center near the California Border with Mexico. You'll read this again in the article, but just in case you skip it I wanted you to know:
"The paramilitary training center is slated to include numerous shooting ranges allowing for some 57,000 rounds of ammunition to be fired off daily; a mock-up of an urban neighborhood for practices assaults; a 6-mile dual-use race track for teaching defensive and offensive driving (and for private-pay recreational use); an airstrip and multiple heliports; and enough housing and RV camper space (along with a 100-room hotel) to accommodate a small battalion of warriors."
Don't worry though, company isn't planning on giving up on the one hundred million dollar project and says to hell with all the legal actions, environmental complaints, and the resistance of the Quechan Indian Tribe which is less then happy with having happy mercenaries getting their rocks off on a tribal burial ground.
America? What can you say? It's a land of opportunity.
