SABOTAGE: IT'S ALL CLASS STRUGGLE TO ME
Just got back from the doctor's so I don't have lots of time for Scission(which you should appreciate as it cuts down on my wordiness). I do want to brag that I have the greatest good cholesterol numbers in the history of the world.
Okay, on we go.
Part of real class struggle is what workers find to do on the job that self valorizes, that cuts into the surplus labor/value thing from which capital pulls in profits, and instead hands some of that to the socialized class itself. One form of this, sabotage, if you like, happens everyday and everywhere and is a sort of communism being made by workers individually and as a class without the help of leaders and parties, and all the rest. It's all part of that whole necessary labor, surplus labor, surplus value, capital (variable and constant) thing, you know. It is a demonstration of the class as a subject in history, not just some part of capital which traditional Marxist generally see as the one and only subject. The class does not act according to the capitalist dialectic, but rather as itself, as an antagonism, out to destroy the capitalist class, the other historical subject, once and for all. It is another part of what autonomist Marxism is all about.
I ran across this little ditty at lib.com today and figured I'd pass it right along to you.
