It exists between 8PM and 8AM on the steps of the Santa Cruz County Courthouse at 701 Ocean St. PEACE CAMP 2010 is planning to stay in this location every night until the City of Santa Cruz repeals or suspends its Sleeping Ban and grants an amnesty for all sleeping and camping tickets ever issued.
